Across the military, government, management consulting, and as a founder, I take on what is stuck or facing a change it cannot survive intact. I find the structural fix others miss, build the operating model that replaces it, and move people across, largely through influence rather than authority. I earned that skill aligning senior leaders who outranked me, by making the case rather than giving orders. I do not change for change's sake: I keep what works and take bold, principled steps only where an organization genuinely needs to move.
